Caravan and motorhome habitation servicing

Motorhome servicing, also known as habitation checks, is performed by our qualified and experienced technicians, approved by MCEA and AWS. We can handle warranty and insurance work, and as a Swift approved service provider, we ensure your vehicle is in excellent condition.

Our comprehensive motorhome servicing includes 50 point checks that cover:

- Bodywork, both exterior and interior

- Water systems and appliances

- Gas systems and appliances

- Electrical systems, including 240v and 12v

- Fire and safety

- Full damp check with an accompanying report

As an additional service, we can provide a detailed written report on gas and appliance efficiency.

Regular motorhome servicing is crucial and is recommended annually to ensure safety and guarantee that all appliances function efficiently and effectively. We will issue a written report that can assist in the resale of your motorhome, confirming it is current with its habitation checks.

Additionally, we can identify potential damp issues through a simple check, addressing them early to avoid costly damp repairs in the future.

We also offer a pre-service inspection, evaluating all appliances and checking for any damp issues prior to your purchase. It’s the best £150 you will spend, potentially saving you significant amounts down the line.

Our caravan maintenance services, whether with or without a chassis, include:

For an additional fee, we can provide a comprehensive report on gas efficiency appliances.  

We are now also offering caravan tyres supplied and fitted, starting at £60 per tyre.  

Over time, caravans can become susceptible to damp issues, primarily because the adhesive that secures the rail can deteriorate. This common issue can be easily identified during your caravan servicing, preventing it from escalating into an expensive repair.  

We offer effective damp repairs, including a rail reseal option that halts water ingress before it develops into a major problem, saving you significant costs. Additionally, we provide a 3-month warranty on all damp-related work carried out.  

All caravan maintenance services include one-shot nuts, ensuring reliability.  

Please note that vehicles left overnight are at the owner's risk. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

In addition to providing motorhome servicing and caravan maintenance, we can address any faults we discover during our inspections. While there is an extra charge for this service, it ultimately saves you time and money since we can handle it while your vehicle is with us.
